About Us

Founder-led.
Accountability-first.

TalentGenie was built by founders who got tired of the talent lottery. We created the infrastructure we wished existed when scaling our own companies.

Why we built this

We've been on both sides of the global talent equation—as founders hiring remote teams, and as operators building products for companies around the world.

The existing options were frustrating. Freelancer platforms gave you quantity but no quality assurance. Staffing agencies gave you resume matches but no judgment vetting. Direct overseas hiring gave you cost savings but legal complexity.

TalentGenie is our answer: vetted operators who work your hours, from supervised offices, with clear accountability through a Canadian corporate entity.

Our principles

Judgment over credentials
We hire for decision-making ability, not pedigree.
Accountability over promises
Office infrastructure and clear contracts, not just good intentions.
Alignment over arbitrage
Time zone overlap and real collaboration, not just cost savings.
Long-term over quick fills
We want operators to succeed for years, not just pass interviews.
Corporate Structure

Offices around the world

TalentGenie operates offices where we can find exceptional talent and provide professional infrastructure.

What we believe

Great talent exists everywhere

Geography shouldn't limit opportunity. The best operators we've met come from all over the world. Our job is to find them, vet them, and set them up to succeed.

Infrastructure enables success

Remote work fails when it's just "work from wherever." Our operators work from professional offices with reliable infrastructure, peer support, and management oversight.

Accountability requires structure

Good intentions aren't enough. Clear contracts, proper employment, and a real corporate entity behind commitments—that's what creates real accountability.

Time zone matters

Asynchronous collaboration is great for some work, but high-judgment tasks need real-time communication. We make sure operators can actually collaborate with their teams.

Let's work together

Whether you're looking for operators or looking to become one, we'd love to hear from you.
