Pricing varies based on the operator track, engagement model, and specific requirements. We discuss pricing during consultation to provide accurate quotes rather than ranges that may not apply to your situation.

How does billing work?

Most engagements are billed monthly in advance. We invoice through Jumpstone Technology Inc., and accept standard business payment methods.

Are there minimum commitments?

We typically require a minimum initial commitment to ensure both sides can properly evaluate fit. Specific terms are discussed during consultation.

What about the replacement guarantee?

If an operator isn't working out during the initial period, we'll either work to remediate issues or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I scale up or down?

Yes. We can adjust team size and engagement models as your needs change. We aim for flexibility within reasonable notice periods.

Canada R&D

Potential tax credit eligibility
