We don't just match resumes to roles. We underwrite talent—vetting operators for judgment, reliability, and founder-compatibility before they ever join your team. Our operators work from supervised offices with professional accountability, not as remote freelancers.
Your operators work during your business hours. For PST companies, that means 9am-6pm PST overlap. For EST, 9am-6pm EST. We don't do asynchronous handoffs—your team members are present when you need them.
Operators work from TalentGenie offices with professional infrastructure, peer accountability, and management oversight. All operators are employed by Jumpstone Technology Inc., providing clear legal accountability and IP assignment.
We offer three models: Individual Placements (dedicated operators on your team), Pods (small teams for specific functions), and Retainers (flexible capacity). Pricing is discussed during consultation.
Typical placement timelines range from 1-3 weeks depending on the role complexity and your requirements. We maintain a bench of vetted operators ready for rapid deployment.
All operators sign IP assignment and confidentiality agreements through Jumpstone Technology Inc. Your work product belongs to you, with clear legal documentation and a Canadian corporate entity as your counterparty.
Yes. We arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates so you can assess fit before making a commitment. We want long-term matches, not quick placements.
We provide replacement guarantees during the initial period. If an operator isn't meeting expectations, we'll work with you to either remediate or replace them at no additional cost.

Beyond technical skills, we evaluate judgment, communication ability, reliability, and founder-compatibility. We use scenario-based assessments, reference checks, and trial periods to verify these qualities.
No. Individual placements are dedicated to your team. Pod and retainer models may have some flexibility, but we always ensure operators can give appropriate attention to their assignments.
We handle standard leave through Jumpstone employment policies. For extended absences, we can discuss coverage options or temporary replacements.

All operators sign confidentiality agreements as part of their employment with Jumpstone. Additional custom NDAs can be arranged if needed.
Contracts are with Jumpstone Technology Inc., a Canadian corporation. Standard terms use Canadian law, though we can discuss specific requirements.
