Client Engagements

Client engagements are governed by separate service agreements executed between the Client and Jumpstone Technology Inc. These Terms do not supersede specific terms in executed service agreements.

Operator Applications

By submitting an application to become an Operator, you represent that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You have the right to work in your stated location
• You understand this is an application, not an offer of employment

Intellectual Property

The TalentGenie website, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Jumpstone Technology Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
